Nggak ada syarat aneh2 kok, yang penting ngisi info web kamu (title, url, description, dll). Setelah itu ya tinggal submit aja

Hampir semuanya nunggu di-approve sama adminnya. Biasanya (tidak mesti) kalo di-approve ato ditolak kita akan dapet email konfirmasinya
